East Side Three Story

We enjoyed our stay in this centrally located VRBO. Everything we did was within a 15 - 20 minute drive. Easy access to downtown. Great communication with the owner. Beds were very comfortable.

Great rooftop

We had a great time here, very clean and roomy! The only downside is small garage and shared driveway but we managed. Had a blast on the rooftop with great city views and fire pit!

Gorgeous property

Upon entering I was struck by the following:Cleanliness- beautiful kitchen with state of the art appliances and comfortable living, sitting space. The bedrooms were large with attached bathrooms and well stocked with linens. The rooftop deck was awesome for hanging out and enjoying the evening view. Walked to restaurants and Skinny Dennis where we heard great live music.

Great spot for a family trip to Nashville

My family of 6 stayed here to see the Patriots play the Titans. Wonderful trip! Close to stadium and a 10 minute Uber to Broadway. Plenty of Ubers available within minutes. Grocery store for supplies nearby as is a great place that delivers breakfast! Place was supper clean and comfortable.

Great Nashville getaway

The property was so close to everything we wanted to see and do! It worked really well for 3 couples, as we each had our own room and bathroom and then a 1/2 bath off the kitchen/dining/living room. It was chilly while we were there, but a great rooftop deck with a fire pit! We really enjoyed the place and would definitely stay here again. The only caution is 3 levels so a lot of stairs. Great communication with the property manager, very quick response!

Good but lacking

Home was as listed on website. Very spacious and great for entertaining. Owner was able to accommodate early check in which was very nice. Very convenient to downtown Nashville. Down side was the lack of basic necessities such as pot holders and baking dishes. Towels were scarce in kitchen and bathrooms. Had a difficult time controlling temperature throughout the house. Overall I would recommend and stay again.

Not complaining, just to let you know, there are tiny ants in the kitchen. They were on all the counters and the dining table. We couldn't locate the patio furniture covers and while we were there it was a bit windy so the BBQ cover kept getting blown off. Very nice condo, clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Reviewer Comments: My family and I visit Nashville regularly, this time we chose th stay with playlist properties, and we have been planning our next trip and home renovations based on our stay. Being so close to downtown it was easy to navigate to places like The stadium and bicentennial park. The whole home was clean and modern. Everyone loved the rooftop, morning or night you would find at least one of us looking at downtown taking in the views. The team was very helpful with our many tourist questions and really made me feel at home. It was hard to leave!

Stairs, stairs and more stairs

First we were 3 - 70 year old ladies and there were an incredible amount of stairs. Not for the stair faint individuals and no elevator. Also the roof top lights go off early so you might ask that they remain on for a good part of the evening. The neighborhood is very "iffy" on terms of homeless folks. AND I drive a Toyota Highlander and the garage is a bit small with nowhere but the garage to park. Parking was a nightmare. Street noise from the front bedroom was off the charts. Carpet was somewhat dirty. The beds however were extremely comfortable. The TVs all worked differently and that was challenging. Inside of the refrigerator could have been cleaner. Bathrooms have no hand rails so be extra careful. We took Ubers everywhere which was cost effective.

The house was beautifully decorated and more spacious than the pictures seemed. Rooftop rather small and located off a busy road but otherwise we really enjoyed the space, There were some hiccups but nothing crazy. We arrived to the house and the door was not working to get into the property. It was very hot but once we got ahold of the property it was fixed. We did need to use the garage and back entrance as the front was broken but not a big deal.only other issue was the refrigerator was not working it was set to 66 degrees and would not cool. We had purchased $250 in groceries that went bad but the property kindly offered to refund us (awaiting refund). They came the next day to fix it. Overall we enjoyed the beautiful home and responsive team at playlist properties! Cheaper Ubers to broadway. They allows us a late check out which was so nice!!!! Would stay again :)
