We offer a nice work space, strong and fast Comcast internet, with a nearby power strip at the sturdy built in counter, between kitchen area and the lounge area.


PLEASE NOTE: the first 2 guests will be charged our base rate. Any guests more than 2 will add $15.00 per night, per guest. Check in time is 3:00 pm unless otherwise arranged.

There is 1king, 1 Queen, each in a different section, one is in a private room, the other in the larger common area. Room divider for use in creating privacy for the king in large room.Self inflating AERO bed also on the premises for an additional guest. Excellent "blast" Comcast xfinity internet TV channels includes major news, sports package and more.

Lots of clothes hanging racks, iron, clothes washer/dryer, detergent.

As per CDC guidelines, general enhanced cleaning procedures will be as follows:
1- start with less risk areas (bedroom, living area)
2- end with kitchen , bathroom
3- using approved household soaps, leaving on surface for 3-5 minutes, then rinse and wipe clean, using paper towels, immediately disposed of.
4- next, disinfect with a separate product such as bleach and water, leaving on surface for 1 minute, rinse, wipe clean,using paper towels, immediately disposed of.
5- use of fresh paper towel per area to ensure no cross contamination from room to room
