The sky deck had a beautiful view. We were a 5 minute walk from Broadway and a 10 minute walk from Bridgestone. We chose an interior room so it was very quiet from the city activities. I could, however, hear the guests' conversations quite easily from the next room. There was only a mini-fridge that contained drinks so I was unsure if I could use it to store my own things. There was also no way to warm up food. There were a couple of light fixtures in my room that didn't work at all. There was also no vending that I found and I was absolutely not going to pay $3 or $4 for a canned soda. Overall, it was a nice, private experience and reasonably priced for the area it was in.

The hotel is so close to everything in downtown. You can easily walk to any of the bars and shopping. The downside of this hotel is the walls are like paper thin. My wife and I were on the 2nd floor and you could hear Coyote Ugly until the wee hours of the night. Also, your neighbors feel like they are in the same room. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Perfect location to Broadway, printers alley, restaurants and the riverfront. Loved the free coffee bar in the lobby, skipped Starbucks and made my chai tea latte every morning. Super spacious rooms with lots of luxury touches (loved the dimmable light switches). Sky deck was a great place to relax with great views especially if ur room has no windows. But a bit of a hassle having to use your phone as a key to get into the stairwell and again to access the sky deck. We were on a road trip for two weeks so it was great to have access to the free laundry facility on each floor. Michael at the front desk was friendly and very helpful in setting up a second key on my friend’s phone. The room has a stocked mini bar fridge that can also be used as a regular mini fridge, but no microwave which was a bit disappointing. The bathroom boasts of many luxury items except one; cheap, one ply, rough, toilet paper. My only minor complaint is the AC unit. Although the unit has a smart thermostat, we couldn’t find how to adjust the fan speed; either full blast or off. And when AC ran, the fan was extremely loud. Over all we had a great experience & will recommend & return. Oh…for parking.garage access across the street, u must have a cell phone & credit card, it’s uses an app. 2nd St is still partially closed & Commerce is one way due to reconstruction from the bombing 5 years ago, but Google maps has not been updated. Rumor has it street will reopen fully by Dec 2025.

My girl friends and I absolutely loved staying here! The location is amazing. Such a short walk to all the stops on Broadway. The area felt clean and safe. 100% would stay again!

Fantastic!

I’ll just say that whenever we’re in Nashville, we won’t stay anywhere else. This is quite a unique property, closer to a nice apartment than a hotel, but with hotel amenities. It’s right in the middle of the action, but the room is a tomb (I mean that as a positive). It’s so quiet, and the bed is super comfy. Great little amenities like an in room mini bar (without outrageous prices), and a Starbucks self serve barista right outside the rooms. Absolutely loved our stay.
