Hotel was new and very clean. Check in/lobby areas were a little difficult to figure out at first since they aren't on the first floor, but afterwards it wasn't a problem. Didn't offer a shuttle, but did offer uber/lyft options with a discounted code.

Clean spacious and comfortable but skip breakfast

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. I especially enjoyed the roomy shower but my daughter didn't agree. She thought the water pressure was off and she didn't like the shower head. The staff members were very pleasant and helpful. The only real disappointment was the complimentary breakfast. There was a good variety, but the waffles had crunchy bits in them. I think it was sugar but it was off-putting. The sausage and eggs weren't pleasant either. Even the coffee was bitter and unpleasant. Stick to yogurt I guess.

The Bar was a nice restaurant. Good food and drinks. The complimentary breakfast was good. Room was beautiful. I wish I would have known ahead of getting there that the check in lobby was on the 5th floor. That was a little confusing. The valet guy was very helpful and friendly.

Every single staff member was hustling during our stay. From the valets, to check in, breakfast staff, everyone was on their game. Friendly, fast and efficient. I will book here again next time I visit Nashville. The location is very convenient as well.

The valet/parking employees and facilities were awful - both felt unsafe - which led to a horrible me first impression. The front desk staff was friendly and room was clean/basic. I do not recommend and would not go back.

Nice spacious rooms, valet was a racket trying to get the car at times and they require a tip in the app everytime you ask for the car (I'm all About tipping but earned and at your will not cash or card)
