The staff was very friendly. We loved that they had a white board with all the goings-on for each day next to a map with how far away things were. Room was clean and much bigger than we expected with a beautiful city view on the corner. The toiletries were high quality and the kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies. Key card access only to the floors which felt safe. They also had Uber/Lyft credits each day that saved us lots of money on rides! Made up for it not being as walkable as we expected due to the chilly weather. Great stay for our first time in Nashville!

I stayed 4 nights with my family. The staff is amazing! My son loved the indoor pool. The shower is good and relaxing. Bed is comfortable. The lights in the hallway are very weak and don't make it look good. Also the carpet is dirty and full of pet fur.

We were really impressed with the cleanliness of our room; had a very comfortable stay. The hotel staff members were very nice. It was tricky figuring out the parking situation. When we pulled in it was not clear where to go. The front desk is on the 5th floor and no one was at the valet station at that moment. We learned that you can opt for valet parking at a daily rate of $45 or self-park for a bit less. (We were told valet parking is “safer” so chose that.) The showers have pumps for body wash, shampoo & conditioner but there was just a travel size bar of soap for the sink. No moisturizer lotion was provided but I was able to get some at the front desk. The hotel bar/restaurant looked very nice but we were too busy visiting Nashville to really check it out. The complimentary breakfast was nice with plenty of options. (It would have been nice to have hot coffee service available all day.) The location of the hotel wasn’t bad, just expect to drive or uber to most places. Overall, it was a great stay!
