Fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Breakfast looked amazing, even though we didn’t get a chance to try it. I accidentally left an item in our room after checkout, and the staff went above and beyond by locating it and keeping it safe until a friend could pick it up. The location is perfect—just minutes from the Grand Ole Opry. I would absolutely book a stay here again and highly recommend it!

Parking was safe & I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. However, the hotel seems outdated & unkempt in some areas. The elevator had an odd odor & the wallpaper on the 2nd floor looked like a rush repair job. I couldn’t sleep well either night due to the loud heating unit. Will not return or recommend

Clean, easy check in and check out, plenty of stores and restaurants around, and only 15 minutes from Broadway. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but overall a good place to stay.
