The registered guest is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or any member of their party and guests visiting. ⚠No smoking or vaping in building or on property. ⚠No drugs or illicit behaviour. ⚠No excessive noise after quiet hours. QUIET TIME FROM 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM IS STRICTLY ENFORCED, VIOLATORS WILL BE REMOVED. ⚠No persons staying in the Villa that are not on the reservation. ⚠$500 fee for violation of the house rules. ⚠1 Pet is allowed at an additional cost of $200 per stay. ⚠2 parking spots per Villa. THERE WILL NOT BE HOUSE CLEANING DURING YOUR STAY, UNLESS ARRANGED FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $120. ⚠Please turn off the appliances and air conditioning when you leave the property for a short or longer period. ⚠Please tidy up before you leave, e.g. leave dirty dishes in the sink and bed linen in the laundry room. ⚠We kindly ask for you to keep the windows and doors closed when the A/C is on.
