Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Let’s see.. where do I start? Lack of food options? Doors locked and not a crumb of food available after 6pm? How about $60.00 for a plate of wings? Or maybe, asking for a room with a “garden view” and being placed in a room with no view. I could mention the blatant hatred from locals, hostility is an understatement. There’s also asking for the phone in our room to be fixed and then ignoring us.
Asking for the room to be cleaned and for fresh towels and the housekeeper glaring at us.
Asking the front desk where to get food because my diabetic husband was starting to get low blood sugar and having her laugh in our faces and say “nothing is open and there aren’t any vending machines either.” They sent us on a wild goose chase to some bar with music so loud the staff were all wearing earplugs.
I have never been treated with such hatred in my entire life. We couldn’t wait to leave. OH and one more thing, my husbands credit card information was stolen and he’s had to dispute over $800 worth of charges.
In short: if you’re going to stay here, prepare to starve and be hated for no reason. It was a nightmare to say the least.
