The location of this property was really great for what my family needed. It came with the aquaventure park tickets. The first night wasn’t the best since our room wasn’t ready and it was already a late night of traveling with two young kids. When we were showering we didn’t have a shower curtain installed so we had to call housekeeping the next day. Someone kept knocking on our door the first night which was quite annoying. We got vouchers for their onsite restaurant for our stay for drinks and an appetizer. I mentioned it to the server but when the bill came she made such a fuss about the appetizer and wouldn’t let me use the voucher. It wasn’t a big deal so we just paid for what we got. Overall it was an okay stay. The bed was comfy and the place appeared clean. It was also spacious for my family of four.

Complimentary breakfast was ehhhhh…. Needed more choices and cereal, danishes, bagels not stocked. Room needs a microwave. Some hallways reeked of urine or garbage. Overall room cleanliness and comfortability on point! Awesome location to Atlantis and perk of using Atlantis was a plus!!! When booking through Expedia beware of taxes fees not included when u get here!

I like that the property was close to the waterpark which was very convenient. But I didn’t like about the property. I stayed on the third floor and it had this awful smell. The water pressure was not good. TV was static not much channels. Didn’t have very much to do at the hotel besides the pool. The free breakfast wasn’t a lot of choices like most comfort suites I’ve been to. I gave it a 6 out of 10.
