Front desk staff not friendly, only the tour desk rep Deandra was friendly, the rug throughout hotel old and smelly, no view room, old and broken television, no wifi access, door slamming noises, on site dining limited food choices very boring and over priced. I went to Atlantis everyday and made the stay ok. I would stay at a different hotel when visiting again.

The Comfort Suites Paradise Island unfortunately was the worse hotel I and my family have stayed at in all of our family vacations. My son who is 8 years was able to note that is was a poor choice. The only thing that is good is the access to Atlantis. The property is in need of an upgrade, there is not enough staff at restaurant to provide service so you can’t even use the 10% discount and credit Expedia offers you. Breakfast is free but if you get to breakfast at 9:30 or later they don’t bring out enough food. The fixtures in room are rusted, carpet in outdated and we experience two roaches in our room. The faucet in our room made horrible noise when turning on, the toilet would run after flushing and I had to call facility to fix shower bc water wouldn’t come out shower head. I would never stay here again.

Comfort Suites Paradise Island was amazing. Staff was friendly, room was clean, and amenities are the best. I would highly recommend booking a stay here if you want to go to Atlantis. The breakfast was also very delicious and all you can eat!

The property is beautiful and the staff are very warm, welcoming and helpful. The furniture in the room is beginning to show wear. The ice machine room could be refreshed. My room was a little musty at first. Overall though very clean. Great sleep!
