3rd time here in 5 years. 1st 2 times were 5 stars. 3rd time was a nightmare. 2-bedroom residence in SLS for $2,500/night didn't even have a balcony to sit on. Room was old and over-priced. SLS has no hot water during the evening hours when everyone goes back to hotel to shower. Made a complaint to hotel manager and was told that this isn't a reported problem. Apparently, it has been a problem for a very long time based on speaking to an employee there, and they just lie to you. Every time you call guest services, nobody answers. A/C in room constantly goes on and off every 30 seconds throughout the night. Very annoying. The staff used to be so friendly. Now they are all just completely NASTY. Housekeeping only came 3 out of the 4 nights and just completely skipped us the last night. Go out to dinner to Cinko and they bring meals before appetizers. Food was disgusting. Spent almost $25k between rooms, flight, dinners and gambling in the casino that never pays out, to have a very poor experience. Will never go back to SLS...Save your money.
