3rd time here in 5 years. 1st 2 times were 5 stars. 3rd time was a nightmare. 2-bedroom residence in SLS for $2,500/night didn't even have a balcony to sit on. Room was old and over-priced. SLS has no hot water during the evening hours when everyone goes back to hotel to shower. Made a complaint to hotel manager and was told that this isn't a reported problem. Apparently, it has been a problem for a very long time based on speaking to an employee there, and they just lie to you. Every time you call guest services, nobody answers. A/C in room constantly goes on and off every 30 seconds throughout the night. Very annoying. The staff used to be so friendly. Now they are all just completely NASTY. Housekeeping only came 3 out of the 4 nights and just completely skipped us the last night. Go out to dinner to Cinko and they bring meals before appetizers. Food was disgusting. Spent almost $25k between rooms, flight, dinners and gambling in the casino that never pays out, to have a very poor experience. Will never go back to SLS...Save your money.

Clean Room All of the grounds were clean Friendly staff Casino was bigger than I expected Large Resort Great Shoppong options The only Negative was the seaweed on the beach and in the water. I am assuming its that time of year December and has no reflection on the hotel. Closer to Rosewood it seemed cleaner the beach but they might only remove it there. I stayed 3 nights definitely not enough time to see and experience everything the hotel has to offer I would definitely go back

Service is terrible, period. One of our kids got intoxicated consuming shrimp the first night of our stay. They showed up to our room saying they could take us to the hospital. That was the first and last time we heard from the staff. No follow up call to merely see if the little girl made it through the night. They said ‘security’ was investigating the incident but, although we spent three additional nights at the SLS, nobody reached out. Extremely disappointed.

This was our second visit. We were there six months ago and took advantage of the Expedia 25% off booking discount if you booked well on vacation and booked the same hotel. This time we stayed at the SLS. Love the staff, love the pools, love how easy it is to be there and how much there is to do. We’ve stayed there a total of nine days so far and we still didn’t do everything that the hotel has to offer that we wanted to. The area is beautiful, the jazz club is exceptional and even their pizza is New York great. The waterpark is a blast as well, although we stuck to the lazy river this time. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful property and wide range of dining options and activities available. The variety and quality of the dining experiences, along with the numerous activities, made my stay enjoyable. The rooms were another highlight - spacious, clean, and comfortable. I used the fitness centre during my stay, and while it was adequate, I felt it could benefit from being larger and having more equipment. It was fine when not too many people were using it, but it felt cramped during busier periods. I have a suggestion regarding the lounge chairs by the pool. I noticed many chairs were left reserved for extended periods without anyone using them. Implementing a policy allowing people 30 minutes to return to their lounge chairs would be beneficial. This way, more guests could enjoy the pool area, and chairs wouldn't remain empty for long periods.

Staff gave another guest access to my room. This is the second time this has happened at this property. Once at Rosewood and now at SLS. To me this is an inexcusable mistake and it has happened twice in two stays! I have never had this happen to me at any other hotel. The violation of privacy and safety as you are changing and a random person uses a passkey and opens your door is next level and unacceptable at a 2 star motel yet happens here.
