We loved our stay in a Studio unit - well equipped kitchen, spacious washroom, very comfy bed and bedding and a lovely veranda which was private. The property was well looked after and the foliage, garden and pool areas were very peaceful and quiet. We used the outdoor kitchen on several occasions, and the BBQ super clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating including arranging airport pickup and drop off with local taxis. We also used the shuttle as we had not booked a rental car. The location was in a residential area with access within walking distance to a market, coffee shops, and restaurants. We loved Silk Cotton Villas.

We had a wonderful week at silk cotten villas! It is a clean,well kept vacation rental . The bed was so comfortable,the staff was very friendly and helpful and we felt very safe here too.It is very close to a shopping area also.

We loved our studio. Just perfect for two. Two pools on property. Small kitchen for meals( it is very expensive to go to restaurants!!) Close to a local beach and super market. You will love it.

Perfect Bahamian Getaway

Silk Cotton Villas is an ideal location for those wanting to be close to, but not in the middle of, the hustle and bustle of "touristy" Nassau. When you want to be in the mix of everything, it's only a quick car ride to all of the popular sites, including Paradise Island. The property is well-maintained, clean, safe (gated w/ onsite security), and within walking distance to a gas station/convenience store if you want to grab some snacks, as well as a shopping plaza that includes a grocery store if you want more. The staff is incredible - welcoming, friendly and responsive! The apartment itself has everything you need, including excellent water pressure!! (IYKYK) Will definitely return when back in Nassau!

Lovely stay

Our stay here was really lovely and every member of staff made our holiday so enjoyable. They were warm and welcoming, you felt like you knew them all for a long time. The facilities provided are great and we really didn’t need for more. The location is good for the local beach but you do really need a car to get downtown or go exploring. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the studio we stayed in just needed a tiny bit of maintenance. But it was really superficial things.

Sweetest place on the island!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Silk Cotton studio #4. the grounds are kept pristine, even with hurricane force winds. But what makes this villa the best are the staff: All went above and beyond to make sure my sister and I had everything we needed - from a broom to a can opener! 5 stars is the highest rating but this place deserves 10.

my extraordinary experience

My stay at Cotton Silk Villas was excellent. I loved the location as it gave me more insight on the East side of the island which i've never experienced. I found it close to all amenities that i needed during my 5 week stay. The staff was friendly, respectful to my privacy but also there when i needed them. As a female travelling alone, they made me feel very welcomed. I look forward to going back very soon.

Quiet nice place

We liked the place a lot! Very nice pool area, no noise, not crowdy. we do not like at all bigger hotels, this seems to be like 8 or 10 villas/studios - optimal size! Studio #4 had all we need. Small breakfast to make yourself. Evening sitting on the veranda, having some nice red wine (wine shop to buy is just 5min to walk away) and enjoy warm evenings.
