Love this property, alot of amenities and a shuttle bus to each hotel. Hotel rooms were clean. The Marina is beautiful. Staff all over the island was very friendly. Looking forward to our next trip.

The beach on the property is amazing, the resort is huge, but the reef and cove side has the best access to the beach,clean, quiet, but central enough to the water park. My teenage kids enjoyed the beach as well as the slides. Easily accessible at any time of the day.

We stayed at the Coral and the location and Harbor view was very nice. The rooms were spacious and clean however we had a slight issue with the bathroom outlet twice, but was repaired. One of the queen beds was very squeaky every time you moved.

It took us 3 days of constant stress, “fighting” and multiple calls to get one of the light switches get fixed:( Every day we were missing something after cleaning was done - a tea, body wash, towels. Never got free bottles until I asked why 2 other families of friends got theirs. Stay at Atlantis Royal was much better last year… Hate the stay at the Reef. There are many more reasons why I didn’t like my stay there to mention.

We stayed in the suite was nice view and comfortable. But the main door of our suite, coffee machine electric outlet and the sink had disgusting smell due to the pump had problems. The hotel maintenance need to be checked. A little disappointed.
