We will be back!

We have an amazing time! From the check in to the arrival celebration. The rooms were amazing and so large! The onsen was very family friendly. Play spaces indoor and out were outstanding. Breakfast left us speechless. Our only regret is not getting dinner. Such an amazing experience

Family-friendly!

This is probably the most family-friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Many young couples with babies; tons of kids up to about 7 years old. They have lots of toys, books (in Japanese), and even special suites for those ages.

初めて宿泊しましたが、とても良いホテルでまた泊まりたいと思いました。ただ一つ、洗濯機と乾燥機の数が宿泊客に対して少ないのが残念。子供が4人なので洗濯と乾燥ができるのは帰ってから楽！と思い、なんとか洗濯はしましたが乾燥機がなかなか空かず…0時近くまで待ったのですが、結局かけられず。ランドリーの施設がもう少し充実するともっともっと快適になるかと思います。

那須自体が子どもの楽しめるスポットがたくさんあるので、周辺施設でもたっぷり楽しめて子連れには最高だなと思いました！ 欲を言うなら屋内プールがあれば雨でも楽しめるのになーと。 あとは我が家は暑がりなので空調が温度を変えられないのが少し不便でしたが、扇風機を貸してくださり助かりました！

建物は古いですが、目立つところ(エントランス、ロビー、浴場等)は改修されていますので綺麗です。泊まった部屋(521)は壁が一部剥離していました。 朝のフロントスタッフ人数が足りていませんでした。一人の方が対応していたのですが、その方が電話を受けてしまい10分以上待たされました。その間にフロント前には５組以上の列ができていました。改善してほしいと感じました。
