PIOR HOTEL DA MINHA VIDA

Pior hotel que fiquei. Não tinha travesseiro e nem lençol. Quarto com mofo. Piscina pequena e suja. E para acabar de completar, o elevador quebrou e eu estava com minha esposa cadeirante. Para ir ao quarto, tinha que descer 6 lances de escada com ela no colo. Isso é revoltante e humilhante. Pior hotel que já fui na vida. Está de fato caindo aos pedaços. Não indico para ninguém. Ah... E o queijo no café da manhã estava azedo. Os funcionários muito gentis, mas a gestão do local é péssima.

Deixou a desejar

Hotel com hospedagem a desejar: Quarto: com cheiro de mofo, chuveiro quebrado, frigobar com porta prendendo e pedaço interno pendurado pelo fio, duas das quatro lâmpadas queimadas deixando o quarto escuro, uma tomada quebrada, tv com canais ruins, controle sem funcionar. Estrutura: elevador parece que vai cair, telefone do quarto não funciona, café da manhã com poucas opções, falta de informação sobre funcionamento do estacionamento, a recepção não controla os hóspedes após as 22h muitos gritos no salão de jogos e incomodando os quartos próximos e falta manutenção nos quartos, pintura suja, pedaços do reboco caindo. Localização: boa localização, próximo a vendas, farmácia, orla de ponta negra.

A estadia foi boa, tivemos problema com o ar condicionado que não gelava muito, mas foi resolvido logo. Faltam vagas de estacionamento, nosso carro ficou na rua durante o período que ficamos lá. Mas quando fomos verificar se havia desocupado alguma vaga, ficamos sabendo que a vaga no estacionamento é cobrado a parte. Nunca tinha visto isso em outro hotel. Fora isso, foi tudo bem.
