Summary:
Welcome to our spacious 4 bed, 2 bath home in National City, San Diego! With room for up to 10 guests, this is the perfect retreat for large families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay just outside of San Diego.

Inside, you'll find one king bed, two queen beds, one full bed, and a sofa bed. All of the bedrooms are beautifully furnished for a peaceful night's sleep.

The home also features a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer for your convenience!

Guest Access:
Access to the entire house and the backyard (just not the locked garage). Parking available on the driveway

The Neighborhood:
A quick 14 minute drive south will get you to the Imperial Beach Pier. Imperial beach is a quaint little beach town you'll be sure to love! Walk along the beach and breathe in the salty air or check out the shops in IB.

You're also very close to Chula Vista and Bonita which has a beautiful mall called Plaza Bonita if you're interested in any shopping. You can also drive 15 minutes south to the Las Americas Premium Outlets for some great deals on name brand stores like Nike, Ugg, Under Armour, Vans, and SO many others!!

Getting Around:
A car is the best way to get around the rest of San Diego. Uber / Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car!

Other Things to Note:
For your safety, there is a ring doorbell camera at the front door. Sorry No Pets allowed.



San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.

Although we provide self-check in for a completely contactless experience, we are available to help answer any questions prior to and during your stay! For the fastest response - pls message us through the Airbnb / VRBO app.
