This magnificent dwelling of 110 m2 distributed over two floors. The first level, of 85 m2, is composed of a spacious living room with a table with capacity for 10 people, carefully designed in Becara style, dining area with fireplace, 46-inch TV, and wardrobe to comfortably leave ski clothing. The entire living-dining room overlooks the terrace from where we can enjoy mountain views. The kitchen is semi-integrated and separated from the living room by a wide column.



It is fully equipped with the best qualities (Vista Alegre porcelain, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.). On the same floor, it has a suite bedroom, with a 180 cm double bed, 32" flat TV and incorporated bathroom. The other two bedrooms are served by a second bathroom with bathtub. One of the bedrooms for 3 people has an individual bed with a trundle bed and a folding bunk bed. The other, also for 3 people, has an individual bed and two in bunk bed.



Both bedrooms are modern and have the possibility of folding bunk beds (if desired) to enjoy greater spaciousness. On the second floor, you will find a main bedroom with wonderful views and great charm due to its attic ceiling at 4 metres, 32" flat TV, a 180 cm tatami-style double bed and a bathroom with modern qualities and materials that includes a recessed shower tray in rain format. The apartment includes two parking spaces and two ski lockers.



From the car park you can directly access the ski storage room and the cable car through some lifts that will leave you at the same entrance of access to the Cable Car,

For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, composed of a manual dishwashing single-dose, a washing machine capsule, a dishwasher capsule, a cloth and a scouring pad.

This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.

Likewise, no food or cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are included for hygiene and safety reasons.
