Weekend ski break

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location is excellent. I strongly recommend the hotel which is very good value for money.

Chambre assez petite au vu du nombre de lits, mais confortable; vue sur une cour avec escalier de secours mais au moins au calme , pas de bruit provenant de la rue très animée à cette époque de l'année

El trato del personal es excelente. El desayuno es muy correcto: café, Cola-Cao, yogur, fruta, bollería, fiambre, tostadas y zumos -no naturales- La ubicación es buena: a un paso del ayuntamiento, de la iglesia románica y a un paseo del supermercado, de ETEVA, del aparcamiento y de la piscina municipal. Hay una pizzería, un bar y dos restaurantes en la misma plaza del hotel. Con problemas de movilidad, hay que avisar pues el ascensor sólo llega a la segunda planta (hay tres). En caso de poca ocupación, no se atiende la consejería 24 horas (se da un código de acceso y un teléfono de contacto para casos de necesidad). Muy recomendable y de trato exquisito.
