We usually stay at a different hotel in negril, but it was booked up, so we booked the larger Coco laPalm. We probably will return here instead of the old place. Everything is well run, clean and roomy. Really, the only thing i can think to improve is that although there is plenty of hot water, the water pressure is less than you would expect, so the showers feel kinda lame.

We checked in fairly late. They offered a room upgrade. We took them up on it. The room had broken air conditioning. Let the front desk know if we could have the room we booked instead. They said they had a full house and no other option. They send maintenance to check the AC he could not get operating. Uncomfortable all night. Left in the morning

We enjoyed our stay at Coco La Palm, the second time we've stayed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Dinner gets slow as they seem to be understaffed when the place is busy. But it's simple enough to walk on the beach and find another place to eat.
