Riu Negril exceeded our expectations! It provided us with everything we could have wanted in a family vacation and then some! The staff were amazing, so friendly! The beach was ok but you are in a cove. Room was clean. Food was ok lots of varieties for everyone but nothing I would say was delicious !! Alcohol isn’t the best, Drinks are good tho, they only have red stripe beer. I would definitely go back there again.

Staff was great very friendly and helpful. Only issue is they dont let you make reservations for specialty dinners when you arrive. You can only book 2 days in advance. So if you arrive thur you cant book specialty diner until sat. So if your there for short period you miss out.
