The independent kitchen, renovated in 2025, is perfectly equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and all the necessary utensils for cooking.
The residence offers practical amenities such as WiFi, an iron, and a television. Central heating ensures optimal comfort, even during cool mountain evenings. A balcony offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains, allowing full enjoyment of the north-facing alpine landscape. A second balcony, facing south, is also available.
In terms of amenities, a private outdoor parking lot is available. Parking spaces are not reserved, but most of the time, they are sufficient.
