Pine and Olive Seahouse is secluded and unique in style. It is located in Akamas, one of the last remaining nature destinations on the island, protected by UNESCO, as well as one of the finest resort areas of the island. The house is peacefully located on the outskirts of the charming resort of Latchi, along the road that leads from the resort to the mythological location of the Baths of Aphrodite.. It is worth mentioning that t The Akamas peninsula, which covers approximately 230 square kilometres, is where you will find wild landscape, amazing natural beauty, deep gorges and wide sandy bays. The diversity of wildlife is of outstanding ecological importance for the Mediterranean and the wide variety of fauna is certainly impressive. This area of outstanding natural beauty is crisscrossed with many walking trails so particularly suited to walkers, adventurers and those who enjoy painting, bird watching and photography. The coastline of this area can also be enjoyed by boat with daily excursions.


The seahouse guarantees ultimate relaxation in comfort and absolute privacy. It allows guests the freedom of their own individual space, yet the beach, the area’s attractions and facilities are only a short distance away. The villa is across the street from one of the best beaches of the area (about 300m) and within a short drive to amenities in Latchi and Polis. It is an ideal location for those who love nature, combining the sea and mountainous experience. The seaside resort of Latchi with its 200-berth marina features an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily. Ttakkas beach restaurant is the nearest to the property and within walking distance. There are another two restaurants within 1.5 kilometres of the villa with many more being found in the resort of Latchi approximately 4.3 kilometres away. The Baths of Aphrodite is 800m away, Paphos town is 45 km away and Paphos International Airport is at a distance of approximately 54 km.


Our spacious three-bedroom house has a sea view from every room and from the front patio and the swimming pool. It conceals an interior of contemporary design with high timber ceilings and large windows giving a feeling of space and light. The open plan living area which features a working stove is furnished with comfortable sofas and a pool table.


Entertainment is provided by the NETFLIX ready flat screen television, with NOVA satellite channels, wireless internet connection, table tennis and pool table.


The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine and the drier is housed in the adjacent utility room. The dining table comfortably seats 8.


A long corridor leading from the living area connects the three bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and the master double bedroom. All rooms have large openings to the front yard with a sea view. The twin bedrooms have an en suite shower room. The master double bedroom features an en suite shower and a large picture window so you can enjoy a wonderfully calming view of the sea.


Each of the bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units (for both cooling and heating). With the added benefit of under-floor heating, the property can be enjoyed in comfort all year round.


A safety deposit box is provided, and a hairdryer is available. Pool towels are also supplied. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.


Outside the 9m x 5m swimming pool, with walk-in steps, is surrounded by a paved terrace furnished with sunbeds. The swimming pool can also be heated (see rental rates) during the cooler months (October – April) allowing the property to be enjoyed in comfort all year round. A table and chairs are available for outdoor dining so you can make full use of the BBQ facilities provided to enjoy long lazy lunches or dine under the stars on clear summer nights.
