It is a spacious, air-conditioned villa with a large private pool, set in a rural location, but within walking distance of the town and beaches. There are wonderful, panoramic views from the villa of both the sea and the mountains.

The pool at this villa is a very generous size and measures 9 meters x 4.5 meters. It has a depth of 1 meter at the shallow end and 1.9 meters at the deep end. The pool has steps for access.

In the open-plan kitchen the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.



The property has two bathrooms, each with shower cubicle and wc. There is an extra wc located outside the villa in the pool terrace area.

Excellent family holiday

I rented this villa with my partner and 5 month old and we had a superb time. The owner, Antonio, is really friendly and the team at Spain Sun Rentals (who host via VRBO) we’re very attentive, on hand to help out with anything - including taxi transfers and communicating with supermarkets for our online shop. It is a 15 minute walk into the city centre via a more gravel path, easily done in our sandals, or a 25 minute walk in a slightly different direction which was suitable with a pram. The outdoor space is perfect. The rooms aren’t very big but you have everything you need! Would really recommend the property.

A lovely traditional Spanish home

We stayed for a month over Christmas 2020 and January 2021. The house is located within walking distance of Nerja but in an agricultural area near to the river and we were able to access some lovely country walks directly from the house . The views are really good and the terraces get the evening sun. The house is very traditional, perhaps a bit dated but it has a real charm and is also very comfortable. The armchairs in the living room are really comfy. The kitchen is excellently equipped with every conceivable pot, pan and electrical appliances . There are plenty of different seating areas both inside and out. The showers are powerful and the hot water very hot. The bed in the master bedroom is 4ft 6inches but very comfortable and for our winter stay the owners provided snuggly sheets. We found that the house needed a boost on heating in the evenings but the managing agent kindly organised a delivery of firewood for the fireplace in the living room. The managing agent was outstanding, communication was quick and easy , they couldn’t have done any more . They provided lots of advice and support which was appreciated as we were at the house during a time of increasing Covid restrictions . The owner who lives next door was friendly and spoke English . He made us feel very welcome and even gave us some oranges and avocado from his plot. He showed us some water pots in the house which were used by his grandmother to collect water from the river before the house was connected to the mains supply . We would really recommend this lovely home . It is utterly charming.

Nice private villa, good location for Nerja and beyond

We spent a week here as a family of four (kids age 6 and 10) as part of a mini road trip around southern Spain. We all loved the villa, and especially the private pool, which was really clean, just the right temperature and child friendly (although both our children are competent swimmers, the deep end felt quite deep) The rooms were spacious and airy, and the air-con was particularly welcome. The facilities in the kitchen were plentiful which meant we could cook a few evenings for ourselves. Eating all our meals out on the terrace was a particular highlight which we're now missing back at home! Having use of the proper BBQ on site was also very handy. We were able to park our hire car within the locked gates of the property. Although the property is quite remote (from Nerja central areas), the area still felt very safe with a handful of neighbouring properties. Access to the villa from the main roads was on unfinished roads, occasionally steep and bendy, but our hire coped perfectly fine. It is possible to walk to the nearby Lidl within a 15 min walk or so, but this is up steep, narrow paths which can be difficult in the heat whilst carrying lots of groceries. We ate out some nights on both ends of Nerja town, but drove to the beach each time so can't comment on walking down/up from the beaches, but it is not a short stroll. The overall location of the villa is great for accessing the rest of Nerja, and a good base to explore other parts of Andalucia. We also met the owner, Antonio, who was very friendly, accommodating and gave us suggestions on places to visit.

J'avais hâte de noter la location, l'arrivée n'est pas si autonome ! clés déposés dans la boîte a clefs, mais attention a peine vous les récupérer, le fils du propriétaire qui habite la maison d'a côté, sort et vous saute dessus, vous prend les clefs des mains pour ouvrir le portail et la maison, nous avons été surfacturé car 3 personnes de plus était parmi nous, or ils étaient en camping car avec leurs propre autonomie... ils ont juste pris les petits déjeunés et dîners avec nous, cela ne justifie pas 400 de plus... pour une location déjà très cher de base. Nous avons déjà louer d'autres villas a Nerja sans aucuns soucis avec leurs propriétaires, avec les 3 personnes en camping car.Nous nous sommes senti epié et surveillé par la famille du coup. Nous ne reviendrons pas.Sans compter les aboiements de leurs 2 chiens toute la nuit...2 personnes sont venues au bout d'une semaine pour vouloir faire le ménage, nous avons refusé car nous faisons le ménage au fur et a mesure, elles ont juste arrosés les plantes mais sont venus avec un petit chien qui en attendant a fait ses excréments dans le jardin et fait pipi dans la maison...Attention aux chemins très sinueux pour arriver a la villa. Le réfrigérateur est en fin de vie, ne refroidi presque plus dès qu'il est rempli et chauffe extérieurement, à remplacer.L'électricité disjoncte souvent.La 2ème semaine, personne n'est passé pour l'entretien de la piscine, résultat 3 jours avant notre départ elle commençais a verdire...

NERJA 2024

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Nerja, petite ville Andalouse pleine de charme, station balnéaire très jolie et bien animée (restos, boutiques etc...). Paysages très beaux et petites criques magnifiques... La maison de location est très bien. C'est une maison rustique Andalouse, bien équipée avec une belle piscine et une vue magnifique sur la mer et la montagne. Le petit inconvénient est le chemin d'accès (sorte de terrain vague avant d'arriver et chemin chaotique jusqu'à la maison).Ca surprend au départ...mais on s'y fait sans problème. Le propriétaire (et voisin) Antonio est très accueillant et néanmoins très discret. Quant à l'agence, ils sont très réactifs en cas de besoin. Nous gardons tous un excellent souvenir de ces vacances et conseillons cette location sans problème. Merci à tous pour votre bon accueil

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben das Haus zu fünft bewohnt und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zentrum von Nerja ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Nachts ist der Weg nicht beleuchtet. Mit dem Auto sind alle wichtigen Orte in Minuten erreichbar. Der Ausblick über die Dächer von Nerja auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Der Eigentümer wohnt nebenan und ist sehr freundlich. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur erfolgte in Englisch über WA und war bestens. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Perfect villa, with pool 10 minutes walk to city

Everything was Perfect, Quiet location, 10-15 minutes walk to city and nearest foodstore. 25 minutes to Buriana beach and Balcon de Europa. If you dont like go walk, car is recommended! Some steep hills to the house! Owner very service minded and helpfull! Accept from the dogs barking in the night We are very satisfied with the vacation!
