IMPORTANT! From October 2025 The nearby Parador Hotel is scheduled to undergo a renovation project whichis expected to last for two years and will involve significant reform of the structure of the hotel, but can of course cause noise disturbances in the surrounding areas.

In the quiet, private complex of Alcazaba, close to the Parador de Turismo. The complex is only 2 minutes walk from the beach and a pleasant 5 minutes walk to the town centre. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no lift) and comprises of a comfortable, bright, airy lounge/dining room equipped with TV with International and Spanish channels, free wifi, 2 large sofas and a dining table with chairs. The living room has a ceiling fan but no air conditioning. Sliding doors lead from the lounge onto the large south facing terrace which has nice open views and is equipped with a wooden dining table and chairs to dine al fresco. It also has a sun awning if you prefer shade. There is a fully-equipped separate kitchen with ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and fridge/freezer which also has a door to the terrace. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds together, both with fitted wardrobes and hot and cold air conditioning. The apartment has a cloakroom at the entrance plus a family bathroom with bath and shower. The Alcazaba complex has a very nice and quiet communal pool and gardens and is just 2 minutes away from a supermarket, bars and restaurants.

Very comfortable apartment

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It was very comfortable and in walking distance to beaches, bars and restaurants. The apartment just needs a little updating i.e the bathrooms, crockery and outside furniture. It wouldn’t stop us staying there again though.
