The property is located in the town of Nerja, if you are looking for an apartment with bars, restaurant & beach all within easy walking distance I would recommend this one. The description of the apartment is accurate, the sea views are stunning. The apartment is equipped as described, I was impressed there is air con in the living room & the bedrooms but we didn’t have to use the air con as the temperature in the evening in May was comfortable for sleeping.The water pressure in the shower could be better. Overall a good apartment, no complaints.

Very good & spacious air conditioned apartment in a great location.

Pros: The apartment was ideally located only 4/5 minutes stroll from Torecilla beach which has all the amenities you need, surrounded by great restaurants and aprox. a 10 minute walk to the busier Balcon de Europe area. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay (beach/pool chairs & umbrella, all utensils, even sun cream & books!). The mattresses are extremely comfortable. A welcome folder gives you plenty of info about the apartment. I would stay there again! Cons: While it's fantastic that the pool has a life guard, unfortunately kids play is restricted (no jumping in, no inflatables). The apartments are all privately owned / let so the pool hours are 11pm-3pm & 5pm-8pm during the summer months. The spare fold out bed in the 2nd bedroom isn't great as it's frame is very squeaky however all the mattresses are very comfortable. Only 1 set of keys are provided which isn't ideal. Be careful with the balcony door - once it closes your are locked on the balcony as it is only openable from the inside - this should be changed or at least warning signage put on the door. There doesn't seem to be any fire / smoke detection in the apartment. The balcony railing sits on a low upstand wall which is tempting for children to climb, warn them! The lining in the pool along the entry ramp is tearing slightly and needs repair and the perimeter wall, just above the waterline in the deep end could do with a good cleaning! Lastly, Holidu we are from Ireland not UK

Pros: Fin lägenhet med fantastisl utsikt. Bra köksutrustning. Fin pool men stränga poolregler och inga solstolar. Inga badleksaker fick användas i poolen. Mina killar ville kasta boll men fick inte det trots inga andra badgäster. Fick knappt hoppa i från kanten, badvakten var mycket sträng. Det fanns 2 badenbaden i lägenheten som vi kunde ta med ned. Tips tiil ägaren att fixa smidiga brassestolar, som är lätta att ta med ned.

Pros: Havde glædet os til en solrig penthouse lejlighed, men der var ikke ret meget sol på terrassen mod syd. Mod øst var der godt med sol, men ikke plads til os alle 4. For mig er en penthouse lejlighed en top lejlighed. Lejligheden er fin, godt udstyret. Det eneste der manglede var ordentlig vandtryk. Vandtrykspumpen var ved at brænde af, og den slog relæet fra hele tiden. Ejeren kan ikke gøre for, at der ligger en irriterende skotsk bar nederst i blokken. Sækkepibemusik er ikke lige vores kop the.
