Villa Perla is an impressive modern three-bedroom villa with Andalusian features, private parking for one vehicle within the grounds, terraces at the front and rear and a private pool with large pool terrace.
The villa is located in a prestigious residential area just a 7-minute walk from Burriana Beach and 15-minute walk from the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There are many restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets within an easy walk of the villa. It is next door to our Villa Ambar and Villa Zafiro - and near all of our other properties in the Parador area.
Villa Perla has a large open plan modern kitchen, living and dining room downstairs with direct access to both the front sun terrace and rear pool area. There is also a shower room and WC downstairs. Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms; a Kingsize master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and french windows to the private sun terrace, plus two further twin rooms which share a further bathroom. From one of the twin rooms there is access to a small terrace with spiral stairs leading to the impressive roof terrace which offers wonderful views of the mountains and coastline.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking, private pool (5.95m x 2.9m and 1.25 - 1.4 m depth) barbecue, outside furniture and 6 sunbeds.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

The local caves – Cueva de Nerja – and the neighbouring hillside “Pueblo Blanco”, Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay. Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Nerja has a great network of public transport – or you can hire a car to discover the area at your own pace.
