Refurbished Villa With Private Garden And Large Terraces

A refurbished detached villa in an imposing, yet quiet, location in the principal Capistrano development of El Capistrano Village. There is car parking immediately outside the villa, and the communal swimming pools, restaurant, bar and shop are a few minutes' walk away. This property has been totally refitted to a high standard with new furniture and brand new kitchen and bathrooms, whilst also maintaining some of the original Capistrano furniture in the bedrooms. The villa has a large open-plan living area with fully-fitted kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine), which leads onto a large sun terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a portable BBQ, and from there, steps take you down to the private garden. On the ground (entrance) floor there is also a double bedroom and a shower room with WC. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, which also share a terrace which is furnished with comfy chairs and a table. The bedrooms share a spacious shower room. The house also benefits from a large roof terrace with wonderful views.

Another fantastic holiday!

We had an amazing stay at Juliet's Villa. This was the second time we've stayed here, as the accommodation and Village are perfect for our family of 5! The Villa has plenty of room for us and our 3 adult/teenage kids! Especially the outdoor space, having several terraces and a lovely garden. Capistrano Village is beautiful, set in stunning grounds with a lovely communal pool and bar area! Also a great location for exploring Nerja town and the Burriana beach area.Juliet is so helpful and her communication is brilliant. Wonderful family holiday!

We had wonderful holiday in Capistrano near Nerja. Location is great with so much to do, pool days, beach days and lots of fantastic restaurants. The villa offers beautiful and lovely outside area to chill. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedding is good too. We would highly recommend.

Amazing villa within a beautiful urbanization

My family and I had a brilliant holiday in this beautiful villa. The outdoor space was perfect and it was great to have access to all communal areas. It was a perfect location especially when using the €1 bus that takes you to the beach and town. Would definitely recommend staying and would love to return.

Wonderful spacious house with terraces garden in beautiful setting

We had the most perfect family holiday in Juliet's beautiful Villa. Communication prior to our stay was always prompt and extremely helpful. Set in the stunning Capistrano Village with amazing gardens and pool area, the well equipped house is spacious inside and out, allowing our family of 5 with 3 teenagers to spread out among the various terraces and garden area, with a large main terrace for some lovely family lunches and evening bbqs. We would absolutely recommend and would stay again.
