Die Küche inkl. Ausstattung ist sehr alt und teils angeschmort, ein Knauf des Kochfelds ist defekt, der Kühlschrank schließt nicht richtig. Die Duschkabine hat eine massive Undichtigkeit, die Toilette riecht unangenehm. Im Inserat wurde eine Waschmaschine und ein Grill angepriesen, beides stand vor Ort (auch nach Rücksprache mit der Eigentümerin) nicht zur Verfügung, Bettbezüge waren in Übergröße, die Bettdecken nicht. Ansonsten: sehr schnelle Antworten von der Eigentümerin per Mail, sehr sauber, neue Fenster und Elektrik, gutes WLAN, Smart-TV im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, Fahrradgarage, Nähe zum Strand und dem Stadtkern, absolut dunkle Jalousien.
