Only a couple miles up to Scotts Flat lake for boating, swimming, kayaking, and fishing, and only a couple miles down to Nevada City and Grass Valley. Fully equipped for couples and family's to stay for days on end. Pet friendly with a mid-sized doggie door access to large completely fenced yard.
