This was the quietest stay of any hotel I have been to.The room was neat, modern and clean. It was also nice to turn on regular TV, not streaming service based! Thank you for a great stay! I will return.

We prepaid the room. Upon entering the room we felt the room smelled bad enough, and with the window screwed shut, we decided to return to the front desk and turned in our keys. A different room was not available, so we asked for a full refund. We never received a refund. We had used the toilet and a hand towel, but were only in the room for a couple minutes. Via email, the manager chose to disagree with our refund request.

Very clean room. Updated facility. Beds were comfortable and it was so easy to get to the places we wanted to be. Nothing beyond a 10 minute drive. I highly recommend visiting New Bern and staying at Clarion Point. Couldn’t beat the price for the service.

The breakfast was very, very limited. There were a few maintenance issues with our room such as the ceiling fan cover beginning to fall off. However our room was quiet, the mattress was good, and the staff were very nice.

It is always clean and quiet hotel. My dad lives here so we stay here every time we visit. We did experience however consistent problem with accessing our room every night (five night stay) The keys did not open the door. Multiple tries until we ended up with three keys to try during our visit. This is annoying and needs to be remedied. Suggestion: Fill the hot water dispenser hot. Tepid temp. every morning. Additional selection of fresh fruit such as apples instead of just bananas would be a great addition to the very carb selections.
