The location can’t be beat — it is less than a mile from Gruene Hall and we were able to walk home after the show. The rental is on the third floor overlooking and a resort quality pool, but did not have basics available like washcloths, bath soap or a wine/bottle opener. Pretty sure I took a hand bath with shampoo. So make sure to bring all of your own stuff, but the proximity to Gruene Hall and the swanky pool make this place a solid choice.

Awesome location, less than a mile from Gruene restaurants and shops! Nice pool and common areas! Smart TV’s in bedroom and living room worked great! However there are areas that the host can improve. We followed the instructions for checkin, but the host did not answer our call to open the entrance gate (we had to follow a resident into the complex after they opened the gate). No communication from the host. The apartment could be wonderful, but the appointments were lacking. Bedroom is nice but only had two flat/wimpy pillows on the bed, certainly not luxurious. Nice bathroom but had no hand towels or wash cloths. Nice kitchen but not functional - hardly any ovenware or dishware, no pots, one frying pan, no hot pads, only two forks and two knives and one spoon, salt and pepper shakers are empty. The refrigerator was full of drinks and snacks that the host had available for sale, which might be nice for people that don’t shop for their stay, although that took up most of the refrigerator space we would have liked to use for our groceries. Living room was nice but had no coffee table or end tables to set anything on. The apartment has laundry, which is nice, but we found the washer full of wet linnens and towels (a failure of their cleaning service that we pay for?). The listing said it was a luxurious stay, but the luxuries were missing. Great location and common areas, and lots of potential for a great apartment, but overall is lacking. We were disappointed.

This property is nice and in a great location. Fabulous pool. It is set up more like a hotel stay based on the limited dishes, utensils and cookware. I would stay here again but only for 2-3 days at most.

I would definitely stay here again just don't expect to make a full meal while you are there, we bought food to grill but the apartment grill did not work, residence of the apartment told us they haven't worked in months and there was only one pan in the apartment so made cooking difficult. Like having the ability to wash our clothes before we left, apartment was nice size and clean, bed very comfortable, quiet area, but excellent location to downtown Gruene. Pool tables and ping pong missing equipment to play, which isn't the host fault, but someone needs to let the apartment complex know it would be great if these amenities were kept up

Awesome getaway stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed this property! It was easy to access and very quiet. We slept like a baby :) the pool was also super amazing and clean! We highly recommend for a getaway!

Zero communication.

Great property. Terrible communication and inaccurate listing. Microwave and WiFi do not work. He never answered call at gate and we had to wait for a resident to open the gate for us. Never replied to messages. Very very disappointing.

Not a place to stay for more than one night.

The check-in process was awkward and numbers given were not correct. I had planned to stay a week, but the apartment listed as a fully equipped kitchen, unfortunately they supplied only one pan, one single nonstick pan. All utensils were metal. Silverware supplied was 2 forks, 2 spoons, two butter knives. I was there visiting my best friend and his partner. So on top of parking costing addition cars 7 for 3hrs, I could make meal for us. I had to renew my parking info ever night at 10:45pm because that was the time arrived. There were no regular drinking glasses, 2 mismatched wine glasses, no plates to eat on, only 2 bowls supplied, no hairdryer, no coffee table or side table in living room, and one of 2 chairs were broken.Lights in bedroom constantly flickered off and on, apparently the weren't "programmed"?Pool was closed for maintenance, which i know the owner couldn't control but sealed my decision to find another place to stay for my visit. I notify the owner of the issues and communicated that due to these and more issues not listed, id be checking out the following morning. I followed protocol for checkout, cleaned and communicated to owner when i left early that morning. Surface views of the place are beautiful and place was clean, just poorly supplied and not advertised properly. With a little more investment and attention to details like broken furniture, light bulbs that worked, equiping the kitchen properly etc, it could be a nice place.
No drinking glasses
Only 2 bowls to eat out of, no plates.
A set of 2... lol
Dirty air filter, which they told me they had check a day before my arrival.
