Summary:
The Lighthouse Cottage is a beautiful cozy cottage that is Minutes to downtown New Buffalo.

Our cottage sleeps 6 adults comfortably and has a spacious yard for entertaining, and relaxing.

We are dog and kid friendly.
To include a pack n play, infant bath and a high chair.

Our goal is to have our guest and their whole family, including the four legged family members to feel at home while they stay at The Lighthouse Cottage.

The Space:
The Lighthouse cottage is a charming short term rental. The 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage with plenty of parking space and a delightful fully fenced in spacious backyard the whole family, including your dogs, will love. There are three beds, a futon and a pillow top queen size air mattress available to guests. Our space is beautifully designed while still feeling comfortable and cozy. This cottage is suitable for stays year round. We are infant friendly with plug protectors, corner protectors and a pack n play if needed as well as an infant tub and high chair. There is a dedicated work space for you to work from home. Whether you visit us to explore New Buffalo, take the S-W Michigan wine trail or for a staycation that feels private and secluded, The Lighthouse Cottage is for you!

Guest Access:
The Lighthouse cottage has a long gravel driveway that can fit multiple vehicles as well as safe and free street parking. Contact Kayse for transportation suggestions in the area!

Getting Around:
Our cottage is .9 miles to Whittaker st. It is walkable, but please note you will have about 2 blocks to walk down Red Arrow Highway before you get to a sidewalk. There is a walking/biking route from our cottage to the beach listed in pictures.

The garage is off limits for the time being.

The electrical panel is in the basement which is also off limits to guest, however we can give you the code if you need to access it during your stay.

Our property is on well water. Occasionally you might get a sulphur smell when you run cold water. It is normal for a well, however, if the sulphur smell becomes stronger please let us know.

Interaction with Guests:
We provide self check in via a key pad door lock. Our guests can come and go as they please and will have all of the privacy they need. However, Kayse will be available for any questions, comments or concerns through the app or text during your stay.

Lighthouse Cottage - Family & Pet Friendly offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
