- Bunk Bed Safety: The triple bunk bed is designed for children or guests under 200 lbs.
- Parking: Park only on the gravel directly in front of the home. Do not drive behind the house to avoid getting stuck or causing damage. Guests will be responsible for repair costs.
General House Rules:
- No Smoking or Vaping: Strictly prohibited due to fire hazards.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors.
- No Parties or Events: Events require prior host approval.
- No Eating or Drinking in Bedrooms: Help us keep the home fresh and clean.
- Shoes Off Inside: Kindly remove shoes upon entering.
- Tidy Up Before Departure: Please wash dishes and take out the trash.
- Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need extra time, please contact us—early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee, depending on availability.
Pet Policy (Pre-Approval Required):
Service Animals: Always approved and not charged.
Pet Guidelines:
- Keep pets on the main floor only.
- Please crate pets if left alone
- Bring a blanket for furniture if your pet will be joining you there.
