Sorry I had to reevaluate my room , upon actually settling in the room with my wife and kids the actual quality of the room started to be seen as it was late thanksgiving night after leaving a long evening at family I assumed the room was ok but no it wasn’t holes in the walls paint falling from ceiling in kitchen in kids food at the table only one remote that was shared between two rooms couch totally ruined and dysfunctional when you sit down the couch sinks in and collapsed hurting my back and legs no hot water on one of the coldest mornings a queen bed suite with multiple people and no toiletries given daily to accommodate but the bookings clearly state how many guests, smelly room old damaged furniture poor quality control no one should ever allow a room with this many defects to be rented or booked will never stay here again the room is terrible toilet overflowed huge gap in front door can see who walks by in the hallway just terrible and again it’s 30 degrees outside and there’s no hot water to shower in the morning . Indoor pool was ice cold felt like the kids and me were swimming

Rooms are so gross I’m glad I only had one night booked
Dried up spit on the curtain so disgusting by the time I noticed it was late. I was too tired to switch rooms

Breakfast was good, location was perfect! We booked for our family of 6 and they put us in a room that sleeps 4. It was very uncomfortable and they did not accommodate for their mistake. Some staff were friendly and helpful, others not at all. We made the best of it but definitely on of our lower experiences with hotel stays.

I checked in late. Everything looks good except the bath towel conditions. We have two people to stay for 3 nights. Only two bath towels are provided, and one bath towel is worn out and have a big dark stain. The next morning, I asked the cleaning lady to give another set of clean towel, she refused. The cleaning lady told me I have to talk to the front desk.
