The apartment is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, a coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The bright living area offers a comfortable space to unwind, and the unit is professionally cleaned before every arrival.

Please note that the second sleeping area is a loft accessed by a ladder and features a lower ceiling.

You`ll have private access to the entire apartment, including the fully equipped kitchen, living area, in-unit washer and dryer, and fast Wi-Fi. Self check-in is simple with a personalized smart lock code provided before arrival. The apartment is conveniently located near Yale University, the Yale University Art Gallery, the Shubert Theatre, and historic Wooster Square.

Please note the following before booking:

- On-site parking is available for one vehicle at a rate of 19USD per night

- A maximum of one pet up to 50 lbs is permitted with prior approval

- A starter supply of toiletries and paper products is provided upon arrival

- For stays longer than 14 nights, guests are responsible for replenishing consumable supplies

- Early check-in at 2:00 PM and late check-out at 12:00 PM are available for 50USD, subject to availability

- Mailbox access is not available. If you plan to receive packages during your stay, please schedule deliveries accordingly

- The building receives a mandatory monthly pest control service during normal business hours. If access to the apartment is required during your stay, we will notify you in advance. This service cannot be declined

Security Deposit

A 350USD damage security deposit will be held for this reservation. By booking, guests agree that damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of the house rules may result in charges against this deposit. Any applicable charges will be documented and shared with the guest.
