The staff was very cordial and polite. The room didn’t have a tub and I forgot to ask if they had those accommodations. The mattresses in our room were worn on the inner sides and it wasn’t pleasant to sleep on. Location is good. It was very loud noises from other guests in the hall our last night. I was too sleepy to call for security.

Went to check in at 11:50 pm after a long day of travel and they said they overbooked the hotel and I needed to go somewhere else. No notification and I still haven't gotten my refund. Definitely won't be booking at Aloft again.
