Property wasn’t to bad the parking gate was awful and way to slim and when we paided for parking we sometimes didn’t even have a place to park and parking price was outrageous. breakfast was AWFUL but i guess it was because it was free. Staff were very friendly especially the front desk lady loved that cajun accent and they were very helpful. Bathroom was dirty and still had hairs all around it. Overall stay 6.5/10. Probably wouldn’t go back.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were super friendly. The area is a little sketchy, but for safety the hotel locks the front doors throughout the night. You can only access the building with a room key. I’d definitely stay here again,

Despite historic snowstorm were refused a credit.

We booked a two day stay at this hotel on hotels.com several days in advance. When a historic (120 YEAR) storm struck two days before our dates across the entire South, we cancelled and requested a credit rather than drive 10 plus hours from Tampa Florida on dangerous roads. Hotels.com was sympathetic and called the hotel who "had to approve it". We received a call back two days later that the hotel would not issue a credit. We watched videos of NOLA on our scheduled days with the city covered in nine inches of snow and ice. Never heard if the hotel was open that day! Extremely disappointing⁸♥︎

Noisy but good

Nice hotel overall, I give it 4 stars because of the noise in the surrounding area. It’s in an alley where’s there’s a lot of industry and also a train that passes by in the mornings. If you’re an early bird (6-7 am) then you will be fine, if not then you’ll be pretty annoyed. Staff was great though, front desk ladies were extremely helpful and kind. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.
