Book the room!

Our experience was awesome from the moment we were picked up by the nice young man driving the hotel shuttle van until the time we checked out. Every staff member was kind and helpful. Our room was clean & stocked, the water pressure was amazing, and the A/C worked well. What more can you ask for? The breakfast buffet was well-tended/clean and had several options: cereal, yogurt, fruit, eggs (some days fried, some days scrambled), turkey sausage patties, bacon, pancakes, biscuits, danishes, orange juice, cranberry juice, milk, fresh ground coffee machines, and warm Cinnabon rolls. We will definitely stay here again! :)

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff (housekeeping & front desk), not too far from food and other bigger cities. Was disappointed that on the 2nd day, they ran out of food for breakfast with 30 minutes left. There is a Bar & Grill next door that is "coming soon", so that may be nice once it is open for convenient dining.

Hotel was good. Clean. Staff were friendly. My biggest complaint was the shuttle from the airport took over 1hr even after being told 5 minutes, 3 different times. I ended up cancelling my room on my departure day here as I need a reliable shuttle for flights. If you’re driving or willing to uber, I’d stay here but for the price, I didn’t want to pay 10% of the hotel price on what should’ve been included.

Very clean, smelled good too. They had soft and firm pillows. They have late check out option of 1 pm for members or if you have a flight. Friendly and helpful staff all the way around. Every person I ran into was friendly. Better than good breakfast. I’d stay again.

No idea how this property had a high rating. Pictures on Expedia are not the same as actual hotel. Everything is old and needs to be replaced. Area around the building is sketchy. Carpeting, furniture, beds, everything is unacceptable. I literally thought I was in the wrong place. Worst Holiday Inn I have stayed in thus far
