Overall we had a good stay. The only negative comments I have are that the air conditioning did not seem to be cooling in the room, the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable, and there was very poor water pressure. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Staff have me a 40 minute run around for microwave. First it was on my floor. Then it was on10th. Then “we’ll bring u one. Then it was on another floor. Took a while because the once solid brand had only two people working and there was a thirty minute break one of them was taking. Break from what at 1 am in an empty hotel. No wonder it was empty. No more Hyatt, after years of respect and recommending it. Now I know

Lilly is the best staff member my wife and I have encountered in a very long time! The tall lady at the front desk that works the later shift to be specific!! I don’t care what she makes She needs a raise!!! I run a similar business and I advise anyone in management reading this to cherish this employee and compensate her properly for the kind of professionalism she offers while she’s still there. She needs to be training every employee in that building. I have the tendency purposely not booking the same place twice, but I will definitely be going again just because of the customer service we received on New Year’s Eve.

Wait staff pretty terrible they don’t realize we’re paying a hundreds of dolllars a meal. The water is never refilled , coffee not refilled they have all foreign nationals training, sorry they need training before workin here , we are not paying training prices. We pay luxury prices and get kids from Indonesia training ??? The two Indian boys were good the others non Indian looked lost and bothered if you wanted water or anything
