it was fun to have the Mardi Gras parade run right in front of the hotel! Hotel is a bit dated inside, but otherwise well-maintained, and was a calm oasis from the festivities.

This property was perfect and we will definitely be back. The hotel is stunningly, beautiful and the staff are unbelievable. They are extremely helpful, very polite and very friendly. We were in New Orleans for our first Mardi Gras and were pleasantly surprised that one of the parades passed right in front of the hotel so it was convenient to partake in the festivities. We’ve been to New Orleans before and stayed in alternate hotels, but this will be our new favourite motel. The restaurant for breakfast was outstanding. The food was great and the coffee was second to none. The hotel is very walkable to Canal Street and the French Quarter but far enough away that you get a good nights sleep congrats to all the hotel staff during our stay and our vacation you made it perfect.

Very pleased with the hotel overall. Food options were great, was only a few minutes walk from Bourbon Street, during Mardi Gras the hotel offered stadium seats which was THE WAY to experience the parade, nice and comfortable! Great amenities.
