Steps to Endymion and Zulu Parades during Mardi Gras!
North of the noise and saturated color of the Quarter is a New Orleans neighborhood that’s perfected the art of living. “Welcome to Mid-City,” read the signs on the neutral ground. And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. A bowl of Vietnamese pho. Who wouldn’t want to visit? Eat. Drink. Get up here.
If you have any questions about the neighborhood, please send us a message!
You will have full access to:
• Entire 5BR/3.5BA home
• Open living + dining + kitchen
• Private balcony w/ skyline views
• Backyard + covered patio
• Laundry room
• Parking spaces
★ Check-in was seamless and the house was even better than the photos!
Mid-City puts you at the center of everything New Orleans does best - second lines, jazz, food, and the kind of slow-morning energy that makes you forget you ever had a schedule. From this spacious five-bedroom home, the Superdome rises on the horizon and the city skyline frames your view from the private balcony, setting the tone for a stay that's equal parts comfort and culture.
Living space
The main living area is bright and welcoming, with ceiling fans overhead and central air conditioning to keep things cool. Settle in for a movie night with the 32-inch HDTV streaming Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with a private door mean staying connected is never a hassle. Board games and life-size games are on hand for groups looking to unwind together.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms sleep up to ten guests, each made up with fresh bed linens, room-darkening shades, and hangers for settling in properly. Clothing storage includes a walk-in closet, closet, and dresser. Three and a half bathrooms are fitted with a bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hot water - stocked and ready on arrival.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is set up for serious cooking. A Frigidaire stainless steel gas stove and oven anchor the space, alongside a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and drip coffee maker. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, and a baking sheet are all included. Pull up a chair at the dining table and share a meal together - or take your morning coffee out to the balcony and watch the city wake up.
Families & groups
A pack 'n play with sheets and a folding high chair with food tray are both available upon request, making this a practical base for families. Babysitter recommendations are available if needed.
Outdoor living
The private, fully fenced backyard with covered patio and outdoor furniture gives you a sheltered spot to gather outside. A private entrance adds ease of arrival, and free parking on the premises means the car stays sorted from the moment you pull up.
Laundry & essentials
An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, cleaning products, and a safe round out the practical essentials. Towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided. For anything extra, a laundromat is nearby.

You're steps from the Endymion parade route and the Lafitte Greenway bike trail. The Canal Streetcar stop is close - ten minutes by rail to the French Quarter. Trader Joe's is nearby for stocking up, and major hospitals, the Superdome, Bourbon Street, and Frenchmen Street are all within easy reach.
