The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff, especially Ms. Alicia were warm, professional and went above and beyond. Our room was extremely clean and surpassed my expectations. I always travel with cleaning supplies and the room was exceptional. The bed was comfortable with blackout curtains. Happy hour and restaurant at the hotel was great.

An amazing stay! I booked the premium king room and it was really spacious and comfortable. The hotel has the perfect location as everything is within walking distance without the noise. Let me start by saying the staff was amazing. There was 28 of us staying at this hotel. The mini refrigerator did not work in any of the rooms except for two. Someone cover all our smoke detectors with plastic in our room. Other than that it was ok.

A very short walk (about 3-4 blocks) to the French Quarter, but the hotel is on the other side, on the back side of Canal. Only valet parking, but slightly less than other hotels in area. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is lovely, tastefully decorated to reflect the New Orleans theme. Rooms are a tiny bit smaller than usual, but very comfortable and well appointed with a mini fridge, Keurig, and very comfortable beds. Bathrooms stocked with lovely scented eco-friendly products. The hotel looks new and is well maintained. On-site cafe and bar with happy hour. We were made to feel very welcome, and allowed to leave our luggage before check in and after check out to allow us more time to explore during our short stay. Hotel Indigo helped make my first trip to NOLA a great experience, and I look forward to staying with them again.
