Quick and easy to the French Quarter and parade routes but far enough to offer a reprieve. This is a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood. The space is well appointed, clutter-free and super clean.

Great trip; easy stay!

My husband and I booked Curtis’ spot for Tulane graduation. It was perfectly located about 4-5 minutes drive from my daughter’s off-campus apartment while still being quieter than if we’d stayed closer to campus. A first floor unit with nice, high ceilings. Very dry and clean and on a quiet block. Nicely updated bathroom. Cute decor. They provided nice touches like snacks and the offer of an ironing board and steamer for our dress clothes.We never cooked because we had so much going on, but the kitchen looked well-appointed too. Friendly hosts. Would stay again!

Lovely spot in a great neighborhood, super clean!

We had a fantastic stay at this property last weekend! The house was spotless, beautifully appointed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. After spending our days walking and exploring the charm of New Orleans, it was such a treat to come back and relax in the cozy living room. The location was perfect—just two blocks from the streetcar stop, which made getting around both fun and easy. Curtis was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for a Tulane visit.

Perfect place to stay if you are visiting Tulane as a parent of a current student for a prospect family. The house is close to campus and walkable to everything and anything. It’s quiet, comfortable and nicely furnished. The host is very quick to respond.

Dissatisfied Renter

We didn’t have to speak to owners but one time except communication during booking and upon checking out. The owner seemed to be responsive and open to communication if needed. However, a MAJOR renovation needs to be done at what appears to have formerly been the basement. Our trip included two couples with no privacy because you have to go through one bedroom to get to the bathroom. Not to mention there is only a shutter door that separates the rooms (no privacy). Televisions are soooooo inexpensive today but neither room has a tv. There were small children and seemingly a dog running through the house constantly since they (THE OWNERS) lived above us. Thank God we were gone most of the day, Every room including the bathroom has small holes in the ceiling (are there hidden cameras)? Who knows? My family will never stay here again. I do not recommend this property to anyone. Not to mention you have to park your vehicle on a VERY NARROW street.
