Staying at the Eliza Jane was one of the best hotel experience ever. The hotel is stunning and feels like a beautifully designed home. The staff was so accommodating. Thank you to all the staff. My husband and I have decided when we are in NO we will only stay at the Eliza Jane.

Location is excellent. Hotel design is unique and beautiful. All staff were super courteous and welcoming. My room with king sized bed was spacious, loved the high ceiling, bed and pillows were both comfortable, very clean. Would absolutely stay here again. Attached restaurant had delicious breakfast.

Beautiful hotel…be prepared to pay an additional fee that’s not disclosed at booking, it’s called an ‘access’ fee…$35 a day! Also, there’s no microwave for guests to use and the kitchen won’t do it.

The friendly and courteous staff is great, from Corey at the reception to Jennifer at the Courant Restaurant. The hotel decor is beautiful and cozy. Very clean property. Great location to walk around with parking right next door.

Definitely enjoyed my stay at the Eliza Jane. However there wasn't a microwave in my room so I walked to a corner store to warm up my take out. Also the toilet bowl seat in my room was stained. I think its time for a new toilet seat. Otherwise I loved my stay. Also Corey at the front desk was very helpful and gave great recommendations.

The Eliza Jane is probably the nicest place we’ve ever stayed…when taking into consideration the room we were in and the restaurant and bar. The location was also wonderful…quiet but very walkable to Bourbon Street and Jackson Square.

Overall, we had a lovely stay. With the exception of one valet person, who seemed to really dislike her job, the service from the other valets and front desk people were wonderful. We paid a resort fee and that was not worth it. They gave us two tokens for complimentary drinks at the bar and when we went to use them, they were for one specific drink. I tried it, it was terrible. The bartender was nice but I feel like he has to be the bearer of bad news with those tokens. They should tell guests the tokens are for a signature cocktail so people aren’t disappointed. Otherwise, cute decor and (mostly) nice employees.
