We always stay here when we come into New Orleans! We absolutely love the cleanliness of the rooms and the area. Feel very safe here and the beds are super comfortable! Their breakfast is also one of the best.

Everything was fine, maybe the pillows will need to be changed shortly, and in the breakfast, maybe change that brown hotdogs and brown round meat, they felt un real like cardboard, maybe natural food will feel a lot better.

Had a nice stay after a cruise in December. Nice little restaurant within walking distance which was great since we didn't have a car, and very close to the airport. Linda at the desk was so nice and helpful, we were so appreciative that we were allowed early check in after our cruise. Linda was so nice and helpful - it's great that this property is so accommodating to cruise guests.

Overall I liked this hotel. It was decently priced, was close to MSY, had free parking, and the free breakfast was nice. It had everything we look for in a hotel when flying out of MSY. The bed itself and all hard surfaces were clean, but our bare feet and socks became grey from walking on the carpet. The bathroom was clean, but the tub had an extremely slippery spot about a foot away from the drain. Not too crazy about those issues, but I'd look to stay there again the next time we fly.
