This hotel did not meet the expectations that I have for Marriotts. It was not well-maintained. Check-in time was at 4 pm and we waited 2.5 hours for rooms. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

Everything was great except there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling in the first room we were in but they quickly got us a new room. The only issue with that room was there was really no hot water it was only room temp at best. Other than that my daughter and I really enjoyed it. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and there is streaming services so we were able to spend quality time together just watching movies.

Our stay at this hotel was great. Our suite felt like a mini one bedroom apartment and we found ourselves very comfortable staying there and plan on staying there again when we return to New Orleans!
