Not quite a Quality Inn.
Check in was basic front desk clerk didn’t greet me or even look up during check in unless I asked him to repeat what he said. Room was spacious and clean. Called front desk twice because I couldn’t locate ice machine no answer just gave up. Another issue was shower knob it came completely off and we couldn’t turn on shower. Called front desk after second call he answered. He sent someone to check it after 20 mins. He came looked at and walked out. I had had to stop him to find out next steps. He had to send someone else. Twenty minutes later he came and said he couldn’t fix it, he actually talked to us. He said he would have to tell the front desk and move us. We just stayed in the room and took a bath, because it was already late. Not a good stay.
This place has changed for the better.. i was really impressed with my stay and i will def be back again. Easy on the budget Highly recommend Quality Inn in Harvey La

The best part about my stay was the hospitality. When I book the room, I didn’t realize it was a motel, and the bathroom was really small. I brought up those concerns with the guy working the front desk and he was really gracious and was going to allow me to check out early and get a refund for my unused days. I ended up staying because if I’m in a whole different city, I’m not going to be cooped up in my hotel. Has customer service was outstanding.

Overall, the service was ok and the room was good and clean. However, the light in my bathroom was leaking so much water, that it came out into whole bathroom area. I cleaned it up with towels, and I called the front desk to let them know what was going on, but it seemed like they didn’t even care. I even asked for more towels, and they did not show up. The bed, mirror and light, and the tv were the only things that I enjoyed, but I don’t think I would come back here again.
This room was just what my family and I needed. We drove all night after a scrimmage game. Booked the room when we landed. The staff working was a nice gentleman, got us checked in quickly. Went to return the keys same gentleman checked back with me, making sure all was good. We were safe, got to explore the city and everyone was so friendly. Definitely recommend here.
Everything was great. I would go back. Its was better then I expected.

Ridiculous
Check in was ok once arriving to the room floors needed to be swept and mopped. When making reservations i pacifically put in I have four adults which I was charged for four adults. They only gave me towers for two people. I went and told them that I needed more time due to. I pay for four adult adults in the room. They tell me that they only give towel for two at a time two of us will have to take a bath, then bring the towels back to them so they can give me some more, which I think that was very ridiculous especially when I was charged for it. I also explained to them that the floors needed to be swept and mopped because there was very dirty and sticky. They never came to do it. I was there for four days and not once did housekeeping come to do anything I had to walk up to the front every time I needed something. Customer service was rude, especially with the men breakfast. You only get waffles and cereals bread and orange juice. The only good thing is that it was quiet, but people walk around all day.
Booked a 4 persons non smoking room, got assigned aroom reeked of smoke. Got reassigned another room with was ok, but then they only provided 2 towels. I asked the desk staff for 2 more, he insisted that i bring back the 2 from the room bef
