This magnificent, modern four-story home is built into the rolling hillside, gazing out over a sparkling lake in the lee of the Shawangunks. Surrounded by the Mohonk Preserve, this peaceful escape is an idyllic place to reconnect with the natural world. Enjoy the floor to ceiling stone fireplace, or step onto the deck and take in the views. Unwind in the hot tub and terraced garden, or relax along the quiet shore. This quiet country road just outside of New Paltz is the perfect place to relax in seclusion. The lake is only accessible by a select few homes along the shoreline, with no sound but lapping waves and wind in the trees. Make sure to keep an eye out for soaring eagles overhead, who've made their home along the ridge.

During winter months, snow and ice can make navigating this driveway difficult. We strongly recommend booking only if your vehicle has AWD/4WD and winter tires for safe access.

While our plow service clears the driveway after snowfall, they also service multiple properties in the area, which may cause delays. Please plan accordingly.

This home does not allow pets - there will be an additional cleaning fee should our housekeeping team report evidence that a pet was present.

Please note, this property does have exterior cameras for safety and security. These are only located on the exterior of the property, never the interior, and will not be monitored during your stay unless an issue arises.

To use the boats, please contact our Guest Support team. They will be happy to provide the code to the oar box for your enjoyment. Please be aware that this is a natural lake, there will be vegetation and plant-life along the shoreline.

Some closets or drawers in the home are kept locked for private storage, there is still plenty of space for your things!
