This has been my go to when I am in New Plymouth for travel. It has what I need. It isn't high end, but if you need a great place to stay for a night or two it is comfy, the staff are nice and it is convenient to get to and from when going around town.

We booked this room based on the info and photos on website. Chosen specifically for microwave and jug so that simple food prep could be done to make our trip more convenient. There was nothing in the room. Also shower was over bath which does not work for 84 year old. Disappointed that it was misleading.

We found the lights strange. Only one option ALL lights on or none. The room was clean and well presented but for the price it was rather dated. No air con. These are not complaints just points of interest.
