For a break from the sun, the shaded Florida room offers an outdoor dining area and a large couch where everyone can gather, eat, read, or unwind. Guests can enjoy both indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the day without ever feeling crowded.
Inside, bright coastal décor gives the home a relaxed beach-house atmosphere. The open living and dining area includes comfortable seating, a large dining table, and a smart TV for movie nights. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, generous counter space, an island, a dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare anything from quick beach snacks to family dinners.
The home includes three comfortable bedrooms, one full indoor bathroom, a convenient half bathroom, and the separate outdoor shower. A private laundry room makes longer stays easier and keeps swimsuits, towels, and beach clothes ready for another day outside.
Beach supplies and a beach cart are provided, making it easy to carry chairs, towels, toys, and everything else you need to and from the shoreline. Best of all, pets are welcome, so your four-legged family member can join the vacation too.

If you do decide to bring your furry friend with you, there is a pet fee of $150 a week or $300 for a month long rental (per pet). This is simply to reward our cleaners for the extra detail they will put in to remove any additional stains or shedding that occur during your best friends stay in our home. :)
