Our property is strictly Non-Smoking. There are absolutely no exceptions. This includes smoking on the balconies. OceanWalk does not allow smoking in any common areas (this includes pools). If you smoke it must be done in the parking lot.

We love our pets, but this condo is not for them. Absolutely no pets of any kind are allowed in the unit.

we loved every single thing about this condo. This must have been designed by an interior decorator-tastefully appointed decor throughout the entire place. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had and the cleanliness was outstanding. The only thing missing was a full length mirror-not a big deal. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

Spring Break fun!

We love coming to Ocean Walk every year for spring break and this property was fantastic. We had everything we needed for the kitchen (with three kids, staying in a cooking is what we do!) and the beach too! Close to the pool and clubhouse and a short walk to the crosswalk for the beach, we were really pleased to have a view of the ocean! Tamela was super responsive and made it so easy to get in and out and answered all of my questions. Of course I didn't have many because everything was so easy to use and find! Thanks for opening your home to us.

We had an amazing stay at this property. There is so much space and the decor was gorgeous. Loved the ocean view, we have stayed at other units at Oceanwalk and this was our favorite building so far. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. I highly recommend this property.

10 star place for house attention to details

We arrived & following owners directions had no problems at all accessing property or entry to condo. It was beautifully furnished with plenty of big fluffy towels &inens & all that you could need in the kitchen to make meals. All outside activities ( pool, tennis, ect) easily accessible even with a walker. Even tho it was across the street from the ocean you could see & hear the waves when you sat outside on the balcony's very comfortable furniture . Would highly recommend it for families

Great Condo!

This condo was awesome. It was exceptionally clean and was perfect for our family of 5 (we even had extra space). The location is perfect, right across the street from the beach. The owners were very responsive and extremely friendly. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Tamela!

Absolutely perfect place to stay!

The condo was gorgeous! Very comfortable place to stay with everything you need right there. Just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for our family. Tamela was incredibly flexible with our changing travel plans. She was so easy to communicate with and offered many great recommendations. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Stay!

We couldn’t have had a more wonderful stay. Tamela was extremely helpful and accommodating. The Condo was extremely clean and fit our family perfectly. The views were breathtaking and location was spot on. We have a big family and this unit was exactly what we needed. Restaurants, beach access and activities were very close. Can't wait to return!

This was our first time to New Smyrna, and we loved it! The condo was BEAUTIFUL and had everything we needed and more. The unit was very quiet, and the beachy decor was perfect for the vacation we wanted. We had hoped to walk to restaurants and shops, but all were too far, so we had to drive. Within minutes, we found great food and shops. Beach access was an easy short walk across the street. We hope to return!

This condo is perfect for a family. It is very clean, well decorated and had very nice linens. Plenty of kitchen and cooking utensils as well. Great location with a walk across to the private beach area (non-driving).
