Reach out about availability. Steps from ocean and river, Comfortable spacious living room with comfy seating for 6, 2 smart Tvs. 2 bedroom 1.5 bath. 1/2 bath is in garage with sink and toilet only. small but functional. Utilities and Internet provided. Clean open kitchen with all appliances ( no dishwasher) beverage fridge in garage along with stackable washer/dryer. Massive Florida room with futon, big dinning table, comfy lounge rocker chairs looking out over the big back yard and in ground pool. Central heat/air, ceiling fans in every room. Trailer parking on side of house behind a gate. 1 car garage but only fits bikes, motor cycles or golf cart. two beach cruisers, fishing poles, lounge chairs and seating around pool. Xtra gait around pool that is lockable.** Pool heater but does require additional utilities covered by renter. Easy 4 car parking in a round about drive way in front of house. Quiet beach community approximately 3/4 mile from Flagler Avenue and 2 miles from NSB inlet. 20 minutes from Daytona speedway and Main street for bike week. Great views for Rocket launches from beach out front or from property. Cape Canaveral is roughly 40 mins south. Canaveral Sea shore is 15 mins south. During season JL surf academy is at end of street for those looking to learn to surf ( Completely separate). I am pet friendly but please scoop the poop in yard and when walking. Thank you 😁

We enjoyed our stay at Evan’s cozy home. We loved the Florida room a lot! The house was located near the beach and shopping and restaurants. We also loved that New Smyrna beach was very dog friendly. We were glad we had the opportunity to meet Evan on the day we left! We would definitely stay there again if we ever returned to NSB!

Great dog friendly property. Excellent location very close to beach and dog beach. Fenced yard and separate fencing for pool area is a plus. The Florida room is huge and where we spent most of our time when at the property. Kitchen well stocked and we appreciated that laundry supplies were provided. Host is very responsive and helpful.

We had a great stay. The house is in a perfect in location. Evan is responsive and very accommodating. The house has a fenced in yard that is perfect to bring the pets along. The house is well stocked with everything you need. We will be back next year.

Perfect place to enjoy New Smyrna Beach

This house not only was located within easy walking distance to the beach but it was easy to access all the must sees in New Smyrna Beach. We spent two weeks here and it felt like home to all of us immediately. Pool was great, had everything we needed to cook some meals. The Florida room was our favorite room in the house. Thank you Evan for being a great host. I hope we can come back soon for an even longer stay. The

Just Chill

If you want piece and quite, this is the place. If you love the beach, this is your place. If you like to party….lots of entertainment you can walk to. Owner is across the street and a truly nice guy. We’re already booked to return.

Take It If Available

Stayed Feb. & Mar. 2023 Great location. 2.5 min. walk to beach. 12 minute walk to Flagler Ave. where you will find numerous places to eat and drink, inside or outside. Also many gift shops and touristy places. Comfortable beds and furniture. Florida room is a real plus, where you are sure to spend time. Pool is a great place to sit around even when not in it. Quiet area with friendly residents. Super host who is very respectful of his renters. Our best endorsement is that we wanted to re-book for 2023 & 2024, but somebody beat us to it.

A walk to the beach!

The proximity to the beach is most wonderful! The house and pool and outdoor spaces are comfortable. Our favorite room is the lanai, a large fun area with a view of the pool and back yard. Evan was a great host.

Everything we needed. Great location to Flagler Ave. and beach. House could use a little updating but still fit all of our needs. Pool was perfect even on cloudy days and heated. Our only complaint would be the beds were not that comfortable.

Cute House and really close to the beach

This house had everything we needed and the location was perfect. The property manager was close and very helpful. We couldn't ask for anything better... One block from the beach and one block from the river. The sunrises and the sunsets were amazing! we highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet getaway with a feel of home! The pool was just a bonus that made it even better. Thanks again Evan!

Relaxing

The property was a block away from beachk access and under a mile to a beautiful park. The park charged 10 dollars a day for access (1 vehicle). There, it had many trails that led to the ocean. The rental properties pool was clean and so was the rest of the house. The AC worked and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking. The property manager communicated professionally and in a timely manner.

Gem of a Find

Salt 4 Soul was a gem of a find. This two bedroom quant home had all the added bounces we needed for our rental. It was wonderfully nestled between the inlet, the ocean, and town, just blocks away! We fully appreciated the private completely fenced in backyard, which included a nice heated pool with a tanning ledge, grill, hang out area and a nice yard. We loved spending time in the large sun room. They offer two bikes to use and use I did! The morning and evening bike rides around the area were so peaceful, NSB has plenty of bike lines and safe places to leave them. They welcomed our pets. The kitchen offered the basic needs with added bounces, like blender and waffle maker. Access was simple as well as check out. The owners are close by to help with anything you might need. If relaxation and true beach life is what you are looking for this is the rental. If you are looking for a place that is a short drive from larger cities, Orlando, Daytona, so you can relax and still have some fun this is still your renal!
